In the event that merchandise supplied is faulty, please call us on 0117 954 0069 so that we discuss returns and repairs as swiftly as possible.

Return Policy

Credit is issued once returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Warranty is invalid if merchandise has been damaged or altered in any way and any credits, refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of Exylon Ltd. The customer is responsible for payment on merchandise that is not returned, and failure to pay will be subject to legal action.

· Warranty is invalid when warranty labels are removed

· Restocking fee of 25% may apply for returns

Warranty of Service

For a period of 90 days from the original date of billing, we guarantee that any merchandise supplied will be free from defects. In the unlikely instance that merchandise should fail, we will repair the equipment at no additional charge. This excludes instances of neglect and abuse, in which case the warranty is no longer valid and you may be charged.

Instances of why equipment would be returned, and the actions that would be taken:

Equipment is faulty/ has failed

This is a warranty condition and repairs services are provided free of charge for up to 90 days from the original date of billing. There will be no labour charge but there may be a charge for any additional parts.

Equipment was dropped or abused

In instances of abuse and neglect service warranties are voided and the customer is charged accordingly for repairs.
